Maybe it comes from growing up with a fashion designer mother and an artist father. Maybe it’s from years spent traveling and working in the gourmet food world, or the experience of leading a talented team at one of Washington D.C.’s top catering and event production companies.
Whatever the reason, that appreciation guides everything I do today as a wedding designer and planner. From collaborating with creative partners across the country to curating a look that feels intentional and inspired, I take the approach of a couturier—layering color, texture, and light to create custom-tailored experiences that give you that one-in-a-million feeling.
Regardless, it's why I now seek out the very best creative partners nationwide. Why I have discriminating taste when it comes to the menus served at my clients' events. And why I endeavor to produce fresh ideas and original masterpieces each and every time.

Influenced by formative time spent abroad in Italy and prior work in media and digital marketing, Mia brings an editorial eye and a story-driven perspective to every event she touches. She excels at producing celebrations that feel of-the-moment yet timeless, layered with personal history and refined design details.
With an intuitive understanding of hospitality and an innate ability to remain calm and composed no matter the situation, Mia ensures every CBWE wedding feels seamless, gracious, and completely memorable for our couples and their guests.
